Ryan Wall is an independent consultant and frequent collaborator with Hospitality Advisory Associates (HAA), where he works closely with the firm’s leadership on select client engagements. A respected figure in hospitality and real estate, Ryan’s career spans hotel operations, development, and asset management. He began in hotel operations and management before transitioning to real estate valuation with HVS, where he helped launch the firm’s Phoenix office in 2015. He later joined Radisson’s development team, playing a key role in the brand’s 2018 relaunch and expansion.
In 2020, Ryan launched his own consulting practice while also working in brokerage and co-sponsoring an extended stay hotel development venture. These experiences ultimately led to his ongoing collaboration with HAA’s founder, Mike Amaral, through which he advises owners, investors, and developers in hospitality asset management and strategic growth.
Today, Ryan acts as a scalable, embedded consultant for clients across the hospitality and real estate sectors. Rather than providing one-off reports or disconnected advisory, he integrates directly into clients’ teams and workflows—offering an end-to-end solution that spans development, operations, and asset management. This embedded approach allows owners, investors, and developers to tap into Ryan’s broad experience as if he were in-house, but with the flexibility and efficiency of a strategic partner.
