Ryan Wall, Managing Director & Founding Partner of Hospitality Advisory Associates (HAA), is a respected leader in hospitality and real estate, with a career spanning hotel operations, development, and asset management. He began in hotel management before transitioning to real estate valuation with HVS, where he helped launch the firm’s Phoenix office. Later, he joined Radisson’s development team, playing a key role in the brand’s 2018 relaunch and expansion.
In 2020, Ryan launched his own path, first working in brokerage with Colliers and a boutique hotel firm, while simultaneously engaging in an extended stay hotel development venture. This experience ultimately led to the creation of his consulting business with Mike, where he now focuses on advising owners, investors, and developers in hospitality asset management and strategic growth.
Today, Ryan works as an embedded consultant with KT Development and Drever Partners, integrating into each client’s organization, collaborating as a team member, and aligning with their workflows to drive acquisitions/development, operational, and asset management strategy. He previously did the same for BPM Real Estate, overseeing The Ritz-Carlton and Hotel Vance as part of their Portland portfolio.
