HAA understands that owners of limited-service hotels that do not have high volumes often do not benefit from the services of a professional asset manager. HAA understands that and in the effort to provide a hedge against inflation will provide the following services for a low fixed monthly fee and provide additional services at a reasonable hourly rate.
